Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

Chapter 1. General Provisions and Contact with the Store Owner

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) define the rules and conditions for using the online store FOREST TROPHY, operating at

These Terms and Conditions include:
a) information on the electronic commerce service provided by the Seller, consisting of enabling customers to purchase goods and digital content or digital services online (hereinafter referred to as the “Store Service”);
b) information necessary for the use of the above-mentioned service.
Chapter 2. Technical Requirements

To use the Store, it is necessary to have:
a) a computer or other device with an Internet browser;
b) access to the Internet;
c) an active e-mail address.
Chapter 3. Personal Data

The Seller is the controller of the personal data of the Store’s customers.

Chapter 4. Conclusion of the Sales Contract, Customer Account

The Store enables the purchase of goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”) displayed on the Store’s website in two modes:
a) without registration;
b) with the creation of a customer account. -
In both cases, in order to place an order, the customer selects the Goods, adds them to the “Cart” and proceeds with the ordering process by selecting delivery and payment options.

Product descriptions and prices presented in the Store constitute an invitation to conclude a sales contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code.

A condition for placing an order is completing all required fields in the order form necessary for the performance of the contract and, optionally, for issuing a VAT invoice at the customer’s request.

If the customer decides to create an account (hereinafter referred to as the “Account”), registration is a one-time process. The e-mail address and password chosen by the customer constitute the basis for subsequent logins. The Store also enables logging in via social media and/or a Google account. After logging in, the customer has access to their order history and does not need to re-enter personal data for subsequent orders.

The customer may terminate the Account at any time free of charge by sending a resignation notice to: info@foresttrophy.com.

Confirmation of the order by clicking the “I buy and pay” button (or another button with equivalent wording) means:
a) submitting an offer to purchase the Goods in accordance with the selected options and these Terms and Conditions;
b) acceptance of the obligation to pay the price of the Goods and delivery costs. -
A sales contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) is concluded upon acceptance of the order by the Seller, which is confirmed by an e-mail notification.

If it is not possible to fulfil the order in whole or in part, the Seller will inform the customer and no Contract will be concluded. Any payments already made will be refunded without delay.

The Store shall not be liable for failure to deliver or delays in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

The Seller reserves the right to suspend order fulfilment if the customer provides false data or if there are reasonable doubts as to the correctness of the provided data.
Chapter 5. Prices and Payment Method
Prices of the Goods are provided in Polish złoty (PLN) and are gross amounts, i.e. inclusive of VAT.
The cost of delivery is indicated separately in the shopping cart, depending on the delivery method selected by the customer.
Available payment methods are described on the Store’s website in the “Payment Methods” section and are also presented to the customer during the checkout process (in the shopping cart).
The Store offers the following payment methods:
- traditional bank transfer to the Seller’s account:

- payment via the PayPal platform, where you can pay using a debit or credit card or your PayPal balance.
If the customer chooses payment by traditional bank transfer, payment for the order must be made within 3 days from the date of placing the order.
If payment is not received within the above-mentioned period, the contract shall be considered not concluded.
The above sentence does not apply in cases where the Seller offers deferred payment or installment payment via an external provider.
Chapter 6. Delivery of Goods

Delivery of the Goods is carried out according to the customer’s choice:
– via courier service;
– to InPost parcel lockers; -
An order is deemed completed at the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

The Goods are shipped within up to 5 business days, unless a different delivery time is expressly stated in the product description.

International shipping is available under the conditions specified in the Store or individually agreed with the customer.
Chapter 7. Right of Withdrawal

A customer who is a consumer or a privileged entrepreneur has the statutory right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without giving any reason.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send a withdrawal statement:
– electronically to: info@foresttrophy.com, or
– in writing to the Seller’s address. -
The returned Goods must be sent back within 30 days at the customer’s expense.

The Seller shall refund the price of the Goods and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered in the Store.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are returned or the customer provides proof of return.
Chapter 8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of Goods:
– made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
– subject to rapid deterioration or with a short shelf life;
– delivered in sealed packaging that has been opened after delivery for hygiene reasons;
– audio or visual recordings or computer software supplied in sealed packaging if opened;
– which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods;
– newspapers, periodicals or magazines (except subscriptions);
– whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the Seller’s control;
– alcoholic beverages with delayed delivery and fluctuating market value.
Chapter 9. Complaints

The Seller is obliged to deliver Goods in conformity with the Contract.

Complaints may be submitted electronically or in writing to the Seller’s address.

Complaints will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution methods.
Chapter 10. Product Reviews

Customers may submit product reviews (“Reviews”).

Reviews are available only to registered and logged-in customers.
-
Reviews must comply with applicable law, including the Digital Services Act (DSA), and principles of good conduct.

The Seller may moderate Reviews and remove those inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

Decisions regarding Reviews may be appealed in accordance with the procedures set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Chapter 11. Accessibility

This chapter describes how the Store Service meets accessibility requirements.

The Terms and Conditions and the Store website are provided in electronic form and can be read using assistive technologies.

Content is prepared in accessible formats, ensuring readability, clarity and compatibility.

Chapter 12. Final Provisions

Polish law shall apply to contracts concluded in the Store.

Contracts are concluded in the Polish language.

None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions limit consumer rights under applicable law.

The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time; amendments apply to orders placed after publication of the new version.

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 11 March 2026.
