Order Fulfilment and Service Terms
Delivery within Poland is free of charge.
The table below presents available shipping methods, delivery costs, descriptions of shipping options, and delivery times.

The total order processing time consists of the preparation time (specified on the product page) and the delivery time.
If the product is in stock, the total order fulfilment time (including delivery) is 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country.
Delivery costs within the European Union:
- For orders below 420 PLN (approx. €99), the delivery cost is 45 PLN (approx. €10.50)
- For orders of €99 or more, delivery is free of charge
- Shipments are sent via DPD International EU, and delivery time depending on the destination country is 2–7 business days
Order Processing and Service Fulfilment Information
Product Availability and Shipping
Products available on our website are in stock and ready for dispatch.
Each product page contains detailed information about the preparation time required before shipping.
Order processing begins immediately after payment is received.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the processing time is extended by the time required for the payment to be credited.
Once the order is completed, it is packed and handed over to the courier service.
Delivery time depends on the selected carrier, shipping method, and delivery address, and usually takes up to 2 business days.
If delivery to an InPost Paczkomat® parcel locker is selected, the parcel will be available at the chosen pickup point within a few (usually up to 5) business days from dispatch.
A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order.
Service Fulfilment Terms (Individual Services)
Services offered by FOREST TROPHY are provided exclusively on an individual, made-to-order basis.
To order a service, please contact us by email. During this process, the project details, scope of work, and fulfilment conditions will be agreed.
Due to the handcrafted nature of the products and individual personalization, the processing time for personalized products ranges from 2 to 6 weeks, calculated from the moment the order is confirmed and all details are finalized.
The fulfilment time may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the availability of materials. Any changes will be communicated to the customer on an ongoing basis via email.
