RETURNS & COMPLAINTS – FOREST TROPHY
Below you will find the rules regarding returns and complaints applicable in the FOREST TROPHY online store.
This information has been prepared in accordance with Polish consumer protection law, with an extended and more favorable 30-day return period for customers.
1) Returns (Right of Withdrawal) – 30 Days
Who is entitled?
The right to withdraw from a distance contract applies to Consumers and also to Entrepreneurs with consumer rights, provided that the purchase is not of a professional nature.
Return period
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days, without stating any reason.
The period starts from the day on which:

you received the product, or
-
a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) received the product.
How to return a product?

Inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract (e.g. by e-mail).

Send the product back within 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal statement.

After receiving and verifying the product, we will refund the payment.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.
Refunds

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until the product is received or proof of return is provided.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
Condition of returned products
Returned products should be:
-
complete and undamaged,
-
preferably in the original protective packaging,
-
accompanied by proof of purchase or order identification.
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
2) Exceptions – When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to contracts:

for services fully performed with the customer’s express consent before the withdrawal period expires,
-
for non-prefabricated goods manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
-
for products that have been customized or personalized (e.g. engraving, individual modifications).
At FOREST TROPHY, this applies especially to personalized products and items made to individual order.
3) Complaints (Defective Products)
If a purchased product is defective, you have the right to submit a complaint. Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable regulations regarding the seller’s liability for conformity of goods with the contract.
How to submit a complaint?

your request (repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal in case of a material defect),

photos documenting the issue (if possible).

If the complaint is justified, reasonable shipping costs will be refunded or covered in accordance with applicable law.
Response time
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt (or receipt of the product if necessary).
Failure to respond within this period means the complaint is deemed accepted.
4) Natural Materials & Handcrafted Products – Important Information
FOREST TROPHY products are handmade and use natural materials (e.g. deer grandle, wild boar tusks).
Natural variations in shape, color, or texture and characteristics resulting from craftsmanship do not constitute defects and are part of the unique nature of each product.
